hi, i am having problems trying to input my activation code on a new pc, apparently you have deactivate the vpn on the old pc first i am unable to do this as the pc died on me, how do i reactivate it on the new pc.

hi, thank you for help with this issue but i have now solved the problem, i was using an old interface so i have downloaded the new one and it has now let me input my activation code and is now working, thank you again for your help.
