Waiting for refound

Hello,
27 OCT I ordered subscription of Tune UP (charged 129 PLN) . Product was sucessfuly instaled and activated.
But 28 OCT I was additionaly charged PLN 199 in my bank account by AVG Technologies for unknown product. I did not order it and I didn’t recive confirmation e-mail. Few minuts later AVG tried to charge me for next unknown product. This was blocked . I’d like to contact the AVG support for asking refund but I was not able to find an e-mail to which write for it. I’d like to receive support and a refund.
