Hi, my AVG has been flaky for a while - according to taskbar and action center (red x's) my anti-spy and virus def's aren't up to date. I do the recommended, get green successful pop ups, but the red status's don't change - even after reboot.
Anyway, got the msg today that needed to update subscription. This I did - and the install has "exception failure" so tried to find a support email after the reply I sent to the "thanx for the wonga" email you sent me was returned undeliverable. Finally found this after entering "email AVG" in Google FFS!!!
Now I'm s'posed to waste heaps of time trolling through forums for a fix to my probs with shonky software I have paid for!! Seriously, business over the web ain't what it used to be - Googling how to contact someone who has taken your money for a faulty product or faulty install (not saying the product is shyte) that is not the "Ronseal" warm bath I would expect after my fiscal contribution has been noted and rec'd
