! warning message You are not fully protected

Hi Gemma,

Please restart your computer once and check whether AVG Internet Security says as "you are fully protected".
If not, perform repair of AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this article.
Open AVG Internet Security program window and click "Menu->About" and check whether it shows 20.5 which is the current version.

thanks for the reply…  Followed he article proceedure for the repair, however problem persists.  Although i have done many updates and the message reads "update sucessfull"  the version is not 20.5 as per your info,  the version on my PC is 16.161.8048.  Any more advice ?

I run AVG on 5 devices of my 6 device license account.  One device keeps showing a warning that i am not fully protected, update required.  I have updated so many times, and windows message pops up with update successful however the warning in AVG persists.
Is this device secure ? will it cause issues on outgoing mail with PDF attachments ? ie, invoices that we send as customers are complaining they are not receiving mail from this device …

Gemma, you are using an obsolete version of AVG.
I have sent an email containing email instructions to uninstall older version, install and activate the latest version.
Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
