Hi - I need a reversal of $32.13 for an amount I was billed for DRI AVG Technologies computer store (Minnetonka) for protection on my Apple Mac computer.  That computer crashed later that day and I could not get it repaired.  So, I had to go purchase a new computer.  Can you delete my account and reverse those charges since I cannot use the protection for that computer?  Also, please stop the recurring charges to this account for protection.  Thank you!  Kelly Klein
