I was on the phone over an hour and tech support could not help. Then we were disconnected and they called me back and offered to wipe my computer for 120.00 and maybe they could save my stuff. I googled this fix place called guruaid that they work with and it is a scam outfit. So I'm stuck I didn't pay the money and my computer does not work. I don't think the guy I talked to on avg help line wanted To fix my computer but to lead me into a scam operation. I am so disappointed in avg.
