I have AVG ultimate and I purchased "PC TUNE UP " in January 2017. I have just noticed in the last two days that a black screen in my pc start up instructs "start watchdog ". This I have since found is a virus which AVG did not detect and seems to have disabled PC TUNEUP , in order I suppose to stop any registry fixes. has anyone else come across this and are there any fixes ?
