I have the same problem, and cannot get any help from this rubbish support link. The Tele Tech team appearantly cant help and i have been waiting to talk to the online chat support for hours!
I'm paying for this service on two android phone devices, and am %100 not impressed.

I tried to lock my phone to see if it works, but when I go to my.avg.com and send the lock-command I recieve the message "We are unable to connect to your device". Anti-theft is activatet and my pc and my phone have internet-connection.

I request you to follow below mentioned steps to submit your issue: Click on this link: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales . Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID" Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email" Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
