"We found some issues"

Frequently after a routine Smart Scan my AVG puts up a notice advising that "We found some issues". However, it doesn't tell me what those issues were/are, and it also advises that there's no browser threats and no malware threats. Is this some kind of AVG self-promotion, i.e., to make it seem as though they're doing stuff when really they're not? Or if "issues" have been resolved is there somewhere on my AVG account I can see them?
Thanks for any advice,
Alan.

Hi Alan,

We will clarify this for you.
"We found some issues" is the ad for the AVG TuneUp program.
Which will help you remove the junk and clutter files from your PC to enhance the PC's performance.
If you wish you can purchase or just ignore.
Thank you.

I totally agree with Alan Stephens Avg should be better than this but they are not. They have been operating the shabby practice for years just to worry some people, so they purchase a not needed extra.

Thank you for your answer which has resolved my concern.
AVG seems like a decent product to me and I've been using it for a long time. However, the "issue" I reported and which I now know is an ad is representative of the kind of shabby practice that gives companies a bad name.
