Web shield blocking good sites

Hello Fam,
You've reached the AVG community support forum.
I regret to know trusted email website is blocked by AVG Antivirus program. Not to worry we will assist in resolving. I apologize if any inconvenience was caused.
Please check and help us with requested information,

  • Make sure AVG Internet security is up to date. Open AVG Internet security program and go to menu > settings > general > update and click on both virus definition and software version to update, though they are already up to date and then try accessing the website.
  • Try accessing the website in different browser.
  • Make sure you do not have any other antivirus application installed.
  • If you check the pop up you received from AVG, in it at the bottom you will "SEE DETAILS" with an arrow, clicking on it will expand the pop up with more details about it. Could you help me with a screenshot after expanding "SEE DETAILS"?

This is the second time AVG has blocked a trusted site, saying it is fishing.
First DHL now tripolis.com which is an email service.
How can this be reported AND how can I somehow make these into trusted sites?
