Hello - have you had a chance to review the screenshots? Is there a way to turn off this specific feature to block connections or white list the URL's? Thanks.
Hello John,

Also, you can try adding the detected program to the AVG exception list, as mentioned in this article & check the status.
Thanks in advance!
Recently (within the past few weeks), I've started receiving blocked connection messages for URL:Blacklist via Web Shield when the application qBittorrent is running, but I cannot find an AVG Web Shield setting to see and remove URL:Blacklist sites, or add a URL:Whitelist or disable the URL:Blacklist feature in Web Shield. I have unchecked the "Enable Site Blocking" feature, but it does not prevent the connection block and the alerts. The connections need to be allowed. Can you please provide guidance on a solution? Thanks.

Yes, John. As it is not recommended to disable the AVG shields to access the website, we can temporarily disable to find & narrow down the shield which might cause this issue.
If you like to exclude the website from the AVG Scanning, please follow the steps mention in the below article,
Excluding certain files or websites from scanning in AVG AntiVirus
Although it is generally not recommended, you may want to exclude certain files, folders, or websites from scanning to speed up your scans or to avoid false-positive detections.
Nonetheless, I'd highly recommend you to submit the false-positive form for analysis, so that our specialized threat detection team will analyze and get back to you with appropriate solution.
