I have the paid version of AVG tuneup. My son is trying to help his mother-in-law use the free AVG version. She is running Windows 11 and for whatever reason Web Shield will not turn on. He has tried using the information given, plus uninstalled and reinstalled the free AVG. Is Web Shield included in the free version? If so what could be the problem? Thanks Marc
