Thank you, Dinesh, for the steps.

Unfortunately I cannot open AVG Internet Security to get to the first screen in the steps, the screen with the Privacy box in it. I checked my subscription to make sure it is current. It is. I have 107 days left on it. So, why can't I open AVG Internet Security?

The access problem to AVG Internet Security seems to have corrected itself, so I now have no problem with it. I was then able to take the steps that your colleague, Dinesh, suggested above, and can now enable and disable my webcam as and when required. Thank you all for your assistance.

My webcam is blocked when trying to access Microsoft Teams. My general PC settings are all "On" for:-

- "Allow access to the camera on this device"
- "Allow apps to access your camera"
- "Desktop app web viewer"
- "Allow desktop apps to access your camera".

My friends who are helping me to get Teams access said there was also an "enable camera" facility within the AVG privacy settings that I might have to activate. However, I cannot find where this privacy setting button is. Can you please give me assistance with the above problem?

I apologize for the inconvenience.
Please refer to this article to configure your webcam protection settings.
Also, check if Microsoft Teams is under blocked apps. If so, please add it to the allowed apps.
