Hi Janet,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know what happens exactly while accessing your webcam. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
I don't get an error message, but this is what shows up on my screen. People I'm trying to Zoom with say that my video doesn't show. They can hear me, but can't see me.

Since installing AVG Internet Security, AVG Tune-up, AVG Secure VPN and AVG Anti-Track software, my webcam won't work. I've even turned off the webcam protection option but even that doesn't work. Anyone know how to get around this? Thanks!
Thank you for sharing the screenshot, Janet.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Use-AVG-Antivirus-blocked-allowed-apps)and check if the camera or zoom application is blocked in AVG Internet Security. If yes, remove it from the blocked apps and add it to allow application.
Also, check if the camera or zoom application is out to sleep in the AVG TuneUp program.
1. Go to AVG TuneUp >> Speed Up >> Background & startup programs.
2. Check the list of applications that are put to sleep. If the Camera or zoom app is listed in the sleep program, wake and check the status.
Please try the above steps and let us know the status.
