I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. I request you to use Webroot Security removal tool to remove all the Webroot  traces from your computer. Stupid Webroot- won't let me uninstall. Found it in Applications- but won't let me delete- says application is open (I can't find an open application). Extremely frustrated.
