Website blocked by web shield

Hello,

I work for InMotion Hosting, Inc. and we designed a website for http://crazybitchapparel.com. Her website was hacked previously but since then, we've cleaned the account and restored a clean backup. You can get to this website on any computer except for those running AVG Free with web shield. I've submitted several requests to have the website de-listed and phone support tells me the product is working properly and the website must contain malware, which we've verified that it does not. Is there anything more that can be done on AVG's end at this time?
