Which web browser are you using? Did you try to use a different web browser and verify the issue? 
Please also let us know if this happens on particular website or randomly.

Starting two days ago, this pops up about every 30 minutes.  I can't find any info on this URL, nor anything on this forum.  Some say it's a Symantec URL and is fine.  But mostly this seems weird and the URL doesn't seem to go anywhere.  Is this a case where the database needs an exception?  Is this a real thing?  And if so what do I do?
