Hi,

I have just been billed $A109.99 by DRI*AVG. As I understand it the basic AVG protection has always been free. it seems I have been paying this amount annually but not getting much protection eg I open the AVG icon to find I get some "Computer" protection but no protection from "Hacker attacks", " Web & email" and "Payments". And there is always messages implying errors and threats. So it appears I am only getting the equivalent of the "free" protection for my payments. Can you please explain.
