May I know when do you encounter this error code? Are you trying to install any AVG product in your PC? If so, please let me know the name of that product to assist further.

Hi,

it works now!
I installed another one the "AVG PC TuneUp" 30 days trila and now, it´s all right.
The "Wartung"(german) is working to 28%.
