What happened to Besecure Cloudcare

There shouldn't be any active subscriptions of Bsecure anymore, but if you have it please provide us with some kind of proof of purchase.

I was unaware that AVG had bought out Besecure Cloudcare, apparenty in 2011 or 2012. I have been a subscriber of BeSafe-BeSecure-Cloudcare for a very long time. Every year in either November or December they would renew my subscription on my credit card. I am assuming they did last year. I did not check and it has been working until today. I got home to see some p**n on one of my computers. Upon checking the other one, I found I was not protected. I could not get into the Cloudcare program on my computer.  I have tried calling the number I had for Besecure and it told me to go to a non-existant web site. I have tried calling AVG and no one has a clue what I am talking about. I had tried the Update Besecure Family Safety to AVG Family Safety and it says I do not have a AVG account. I should have 3 months left on my present subscription. AVG HAS BEEN NO HELP AT ALL.
