I have paid for VPN and get emails saying I'm on a trial!
What is going on?
AVG have lost the plot, I am happy to pay but your automated responses are insulting. Get a grip and reply appropriately - I cannot even get a direct line to complain. Are you on the same planet as me? 
I will cancel the subscription directly if you don't fix this by return email.
