What is the business understanding between AVG and Digital River Irekand

Digital River provides eCommerce and payment services for AVG orders processed via AVG web/In App cart. You have two active subscriptions for AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription). Both subscriptions are set to renew automatically when they expire which is the reason you have been charged.

Please note that AVG Ultimate includes both Internet Security and TuneUp features, so you need not pay for a separate AVG TuneUp - Unlimited subscription. If you would like, we can process a refund for the renewal of this subscription. We'd also request you not to share your personal details on this public forum for security reasons.

I want to bring it your attention that I have been been charged twice by Dugital River Ireland last month and this month through auto debit. On the top of that AVG is also charging the yearly subscription. I had never seen this earlier. What business understanding does Dogital River Ireland has with AVG. why both SVG and Digital River are charging. Digital River has charged me twice, last month and this month. This is just not acceptable to me and there is no information to this. I can’t withstand this nonsense, with out no communication Digital River Ireland is auto debiting my credit card. This is highly objectionable and I need eexpkantion from AVG customer support. Kindly call me back on my mobile +91 9849 xxx xxx
