What is the Win32/Heri is a virus or error and false positive?

Hello Brian,
We are here to help you. The threats has been already quarantined, so your computer is protected now. However, you're using our very old/previous version of AVG Internet Security. We request you to reinstall it, please go to control panel , program and features, uninstall the existing AVG Internet Security.
After that, click here for the instruction to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security.

getting that win32/heri and it keeps coming back …
also use mp3's here…

avg rescue CD 14 jul 2014, avg detecting several files with this direct virus like crazy and don't know what it is! is a general infection or a mistake?
