What's going on?

Hi, I have just received an invoice from you for an automatic renewal (Order number: 82179618, AVG Order reference number: 703-2618313, 4002056939).  Two things. One,  wasn't aware that I was on an automatic renewal set-up. Two, my current PC Tune-Up is flashing a notice saying that I have 67 days left on my current licence (as from April 1st, 2018). Please advise, DC

When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.

The auto renewal status is turned on and that's why you have been charged for renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer). The old product is active until 2018.4.9 and the recent subscription is extended till 2020.4.9.

You need to reactivate this new license number on your AVG PC Tuneup. Refer this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate to activate your AVG PC Tuneup.

Thank you.  I have installed the new version.  So I take it: a) I only have one product only of this for billing? and b) I effectively have two new years plus the leftover from the previous also added?

You also have AVG Driver Updater valid till 2018.8.4 and yes your left over dates of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) has been added to new product and is valid till 2020.4.9.
