When I try to log in to bank

When I try to long onto my bank account  it comes up with a drop down menu stating  "Bad Certificate" and will not let me any further. Everything worked perfect until I paid for another year cover of AVG and downloaded the updated version. I am not happy and if this cannot be corrected I will demand my money back and go to another Security System. Please contact me asap because I need to pay some bills!!!
