Where did my subscription go?

I understand that you are unable to activate AVG Secure VPN on your computer. Please do not worry, I will assist you further with the activation. Please open AVG dashboard installed on your computer, this is different from AVG Secure VPN. Open AVG AntiVirus free installed on your computer and click on "Home" button at the left-hand side, this will open AVG dashboard.

At the top right corner of the dashboard, you can either see your email address or connect option. Please click on your email address, select "Leave the Network" and sign in back to your AVG MyAccount. Or if you see "Connect" option, please click on the same and sign in to your AVG MyAccount.

Once you sign in to your AVG MyAccount, AVG Secure VPN will get activated on your computer.

If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.

Hi, I have just bought a year subscription for VPN protection and it does not have this as a paid item when I log in. Can anyone help me please?
