I have just renewed and paid my AVG product but have not been prompted to input the licence number where do I do this?
Hi I tried that a couple of times and it says its the wrong code, but it is the only code I have. Assume that because I haven't manage to input the code means that I am not covered by the AVG product I have bought and paid for. Please help I'm not very technically minded at my advance age and would be helpful if you could send me a link and also check my account and see what the problem is with my code. The code I have is (removed)

To activate : Open AVG Internet Security - My AVG (at top right) - My subscriptions - Enter a valid activation code.
You can also check this article which has the steps to activate the program using the activation code & the screenshots.
