Where's my credit

So the beginning of May I was billed $105 for the automatic renewal of AVG which I didn’t want. I saw this on my I spoke with a rep and was told I’d get a reimbursement for it. Still haven’t received the renewal. How can I speak with someone about this? Somehow I was able to speak with a rep on the phone when I first noticed this but don’t remember how I initiated the conversation. How can I speak with someone?
