Whitelist error on OUtlook import

Hi Earl,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

My Avg 2015 imports my Outlook contacts into whitelist… but when hit okay - it throws and error and says to contact avg.
Can you tell me what to turn off or turn on.
