Hello everyone,
when I turn on AVG, my internet is not working. I can access the internet when I turn it off. can you help me ?

We're glad to look into this & help you. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG.
Please clarify whether you refer to AVG Secure VPN as AVG & this happens irrespective of networks or with a specific network.
If you're referring AVG Secure VPN, please try connecting to different servers (location) in Secure VPN after restarting your computer once & check.
