Why am I being billed for a subscription I have not asked for

I am being billed $115.99 for a subscription I have not given permission for. I would like to cancel any other subscription I have with AVG and clear my name of your accounts. I dont expect to get a refund for the $115.99 but it would be great if you would do the right thing and refund it. Thank you Leonie Coward.
