Why am I being charged £64.99 several times

I do not believe that I have ever subscribed to an AVG product, and I certainly won’t have agreed to paying £64.99 every month.

as a result of you taking the £64.99 from my bank on 2 occasions I have fallen behind on my mortgage, and other bills. You are wholly responsible for this.

please advise on how you are planning to both repay this and also compensate me as now my credit file has been damaged for the next 6 years.
