Why am I being charged for a free trial?

We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.  
However, upon checking our records, we see that the automatic renewal on your account is already disabled. Hence, the trial license will not be renewed further.

Hello,
As the title says, why am I being charged for a free trial (multiple devices, 60-day trial)? I have cancelled my free trial subscription, meaning that I will not be charged right? 

I would appreciate any help I get.
