Why am I being charged for DRI*AVG and what is it for?

Hi,
I recently (may 28th) got charged via credit card for 93,99 euro and I don't know why.

the description was "DRI*AVG Technologies www.avg.com IE" No clue what it is and as far as I'm aware I do not have any agreement with them!!!

I don't use any services from AVG. I tried to find out who or what it is but I am not even aware of the email used, the bill doesn't say an ordernumber so I am stuck. 

Hope to get a solution out of this very soon as I am pretty annoyed about  this.
