Why am I being charged when I do not have an active account. I want a refund

You've reached the AVG community support forum.
As we've mentioned in your previous post, we can see that refund has already been processed for all the active AVG subscriptions registered under the email address you've used to contact us here.
If you've recently been charged by AVG, we've sent you an email requesting further details pertaining to the charge. Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to get back to us.

I have cancelled and requested refunds numerous times and I still continue to have $ taken out of my credit card.  I am now going to report this charge to my credit card as fraudulant.
