Why am I getting charded $104 for my FREE AGV account

I am shocked to see that I have been billed for -$104.99 AUD by DRI*AVG Technologies - for my supposedly FREE AGV account - Why??? and please cancel this subscription. As far as I know I never authorised this to be debited from my paypal account  - this cant be ethical
