Why AVG labele Comm100 chatserver as caution?

This is Jake with Comm100 Network Corporation. Comm100 is a Canadian based software company providing live chat service for worldwide businesses. Our chat is safe and reliable. To this date, thousands of businesses continue to use our chat service, including many government agencies, education institutions, and financial organizations. 
Recently, we happened to notice that AVG Antivirus has labeled our chat server as “Caution”. Please refer to the following page. http://chatserver.comm100.com.webstatsdomain.org/. We don't understand why, or on what basis this decision was taken. I called your support team but they didn't know who I should talk to regarding this matter. Please inform me which department or individual I should contact to address this matter. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
