Please clarify whether you're connected to internet through AVG Secure VPN. If so, please try connecting to Wonderland, Glassgow servers (location) & check if it helps.

Since subscribing to AVG, I can no longer watch any streaming programmes form channels such as BBC.  It suggests I am not in the UK.
