Why cant i see my suscription on my account?

I purchased AVG internet security from a 3rd party, 10devices3yrs. 
Im signed into the email address ii use for AVG and all the devices were activated with license using that same email address. However the sescription doesnt show on my account?

Also its saying im using 11 of 10 devices but theres no way this is possible. I need to see what devices im signed into.

Any help please?
