Back i March I was notified that my AVG license was auto-renewed and I followed the installation instructions and it appears to be working. But for the last week every time I turn my computer on I get this message that my AVG coverage is about to expire. Then when I follow the instruction it tells me I already have it!!! WTF I am old and computers are difficult enought for me to work. HELP ME. Do I have the program load onto my coputer ro not??? My order number is 38-4123021 and the printed paper I have says I can Talk to someone is Customer Care???

Hello Mary, As per our record you have purchased the new AVG protection program for multidevice. You might have installed this new program along with the old program that you have already installed on your computer. That is the reason you got this expiry message. So I would request you to first uninstall both the old and new AVG program and restart your computer once. Once done with the uninstallation please install your AVG Protection Program.
