Why did I pay, for something, I already thought, I Was unsubscripeted off!?

I have paid an automatic, bill via my credit card account for an AVG product, but I thought, I've already been unsubscripeted, last year!!
Who do I contact to try and get a refund and an explanation as to how I have been billed for this year? 
I can't find any avg support help…
