Why did you take subscription after cancellation?

I Cancelled all my Subscriptions to AVG on 20th July but I see that you have debited my credit card £49.99 on 16th August and my account now expires in november 2017 which I do not Want. If this has been taken in error I would be obliged if you would refund to the credit card. I cancelled in good time to cancel this 20016/17 subscription
