WHY do I have no PRO protection and it wont accept my licence number which it says is invalid

I am so frustrated as having renewed my licence with a £49.99 payment on 26th FEB I am still being told I have no PRO protection and IT will not activate my licence number you e mailed me (code removed)
  WHY . IF this is not resolved \i want a full refund please.
