Why do I keep getting notices about purchasing AVG when I'm paid up throught 2019?

Hello Shirley,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the instructions below to avoid popup's from the AVG program.
1. Open AVG program.
2. Click "Options" on the right top corner and select "Advanced Settings".
3. Select Appearance on the left panel of the settings.
4. Please uncheck the checkbox "AVG Advisor Notification" .
5. Then in left side please look for Privacy Preference and select it.
6. Now please untick first option in right side.
7. Click "Ok" to save the changes.

How do I stop popups asking me to purchase when I have already purchased and am covered until
