Why does it say i dont have a subscription when i try to log into my account when i do?

Cant access my account

I'm the same- bought 8 user licenses for Internet Security & Tune Up. Cannot access/see Tuneup (MyAccount) and can't even access My Account other than from the PC I placed the order on.  Just seem to be going round in circles with this website. Had this software for over 5 years.

If your AVG subscriptions are not showing up when you login to AVG MyAccount, we need to escalate this issue to our sales support team for a resolution along with a screenshot. I have sent you an email with instructions on how to collect a screenshot, please attach it in a reply to the same email to keep your account details private.
