hi there, ive tried updating my avg internet security, it always come up with "up to date" but still tells me it needs to be updated all the time, "update completed succesfully" but still showing not protected… any help would be great
does this effect my mobile devices also, as they both are running zen??

We'd like to confirm it is an older version since Zen app has been discontinued in latest version. Please uninstall 'AVG Internet Security' and 'AVG' apps from control panel and install latest version of AVG Internet Security to resolve the issue.
Refer to instructions in this link to download and install latest version of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited.
It will not effect your mobile device.
However, you can remove and reinstall the latest version of AVG from the "Google Play Store".
