Hi Harold,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please let us know the browser, website with which you're experiencing this issue, does this happen in all browsers & the server (location) to which you're connected through Secure VPN.
Meanwhile, please try connecting to different servers (locations) in Secure VPN & let us know if it helps.
Okay I have about had enough of this AVG. I recently went to a Windows 10 Pro machine. VPN ran fine on my Win 7 machine.
Now I cannot access a damn website without getting the Access Denied screen. Totally unacceptable. The only solution is to turn off the VPN, again unacceptable.
I need a fix or my money back.
Thank you for providing us the info, Ed. It seems that those websites has blocked the usage of VPN (as informed by our colleague).
However, you can try reinstalling the program once to ensure that all the services are running fine. As it isn't recommended to share the activation code via this post, we've sent you an email including the code. Please use that code to re-activate & let us know if it helps.
Thank you for replying, Harold.
The websites you are trying to access might be blocked in certain servers which is why you are unable to access them.
You can keep the server location in Atlanta to access the websites.
May I know the specific websites which you are unable to access?

Okay I was having trouble with both Chrome and Edge. I tried a couple of other servers and the Atlanta one works for now.
Thank you.
It was pretty much any link I selected in a search or typed in the address bar. This happened occasionally on my Win 7 machine, but has been constant on Win 10.
