I've JUST taken my AVG Internet Security off the computer and loaded & activated my AVG ULTIMATE … ( THAT was fun … not ) …
I fire up ULTIMATE and immediately it tells me that I have 15 "issues" that are slowing my computer down … and then prompts me to purchase AVG Tune Up … ( which is PART OF the new "ULTIMATE" system anyway ) … and already loaded ON TO my computer
I then go to my AVG Tune Up and run IT … but it DOES NOT come up with a message saying "You have 15 issues that are slowing your computer down" … but loads up a million files for me to look at and decide if I want to delete them …
WHY doesn't AVG ULTIMATE recognise the AVG TUNE UP - loaded on the SAME computer ?!?
WHY doesn't AVG Tune Up - come up with the same "simple message" of the "15 issues" that supposedly IT has recognised and CAN FIX ( IF I pay to download the program that I already HAVE ??? )
The technician who talked me IN TO BUYING the ULTIMATE setup assured me that it would solve issues just like THESE !

Yes, AVG Ultimate includes TuneUp and Internet Security.
If TuneUp is activated on your PC, then AVG Internet Security shouldn't show the performance issues.
It should be an issue with the activation or Internet Security program.
I request you to get our additional support in this matter for which an email instruction has been sent.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
