why has my AVG premium  been turned off  mt licence number is M73H-E9NB6-6G7JM-QU9C4-Y2SQJ-C.
I have looked through all the dialogs and cannot find any way to turn any of them on.
It seems that Windows protection has been turned on, even though I have never turned it on.
I cannot select any of the functions available in your program to "contact us" or any other options.
I have had to contact you through your web address.
I prompt reply would be very much appreciated.
