Why have AVG taken away their telephone help number and team? For financial reasons? False economy!
I was going to sign up with this tech company for security reasons, but now they have taken away ANY chance of speaking to a human being if things go wrong, they obviously do not want to know! Since I’ve had this account, a few websites are now inaccessible. I used to be able to speak to tech support at AVG, but not anymore - they have taken away that choice, so I am NOT going to subscribe to AVG and go elsewhere. I have tech issues, there is no help. I have tried, but have gobe round in circles trying to get the right advice and help from this “company” but they have patronised us with useless choices that don’t address some issues whatsoever. Uselles company and useless service! Goodbye AVG!
